General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply between the gkw22 platform and its users ("Members"). gkw22 is an online casino and sports betting platform providing services to users in Bangladesh. By accessing this platform, completing registration, or using any service, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Eligibility and Registration Requirements

Providing false information about your age will result in account termination and forfeiture of all deposited and won funds.

2.2 Single Account

Each individual may open only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, gkw22 may suspend or close those accounts and void any associated winnings. If multiple members of the same household share a device or network, please contact customer support in advance.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, email, mobile number, and ID details — must be accurate, complete, and truthful. It is the Member's responsibility to notify gkw22 immediately if any information changes.

Account Security and Password

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details — username and password — completely confidential. gkw22 will never ask for your password by phone or email. If you believe your account details have been compromised, change your password immediately and notify our support team.

All activity carried out from your account will be treated as your own, unless you have previously notified gkw22 in writing of a compromise. Allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.

Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

gkw22 currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳200. Funds will be credited to your account once the deposit is confirmed. If there is a delay in processing your deposit, please contact customer support.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Large withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

4.3 Fraudulent Activity

If evidence of chargebacks, identity fraud, or any other financial misconduct is found against a Member, the account will be immediately suspended and the associated balance and winnings will be forfeited.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. For deposits of ৳12,000 or more, the bonus is capped at ৳10,000 — giving a total balance of ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x) the bonus amount, applied to the bonus funds only. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers may not be used across multiple accounts.
• gkw22 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly; they are only withdrawable after the wagering requirement has been met.
• If fraudulent activity aimed at obtaining bonuses is detected, the account may be terminated.

VIP Program and Cashback

The gkw22 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Active members can advance to higher tiers based on their activity.

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

Cashback will be automatically credited to accounts at the designated time each week. gkw22's decision on cashback eligibility is final. VIP tier standings and cashback rates may change at any time.

Prohibited Conduct and Use

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using a false identity or forged documents.
• Strategic or counter-betting to exploit the bonus system.
• Placing bets using automated bots, software, or scripts.
• Using the platform for illegal money transfers or money laundering.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform for unfair advantage.
• Harassing, threatening, or insulting other members.
• Behaving inappropriately toward gkw22 staff.

Gaming Rules

8.1 Fair Play and RNG

All game outcomes on gkw22 are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures the fairness of each game. Players cannot predict or control any game outcome in advance. RTP (Return to Player) and other game statistics are available in the information provided with each game.

8.2 Sports Betting

Odds displayed in sports betting are variable and may be updated at any time. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed will apply. If an event is cancelled or changed, bets will be settled in accordance with gkw22 policy. Bets may be voided if evidence of suspicious match fixing or collusion is found.

8.3 Technical Errors
